Land Bank

The Company has set up a Land Bank to facilitate acquisition of agricultural lands, industrial plots, office accommodation, residential accommodation, warehouses for investors for their operation. The Company is ready to assist investors to acquire such facilities.

Land Surveying

We also coordinate and facilitate through firms associated with us to provide a wide range of surveying services on both commercial and residential properties of various types to our clientele among which include establishing the extent of parcels of land, corner markers, property lines and accurate location of existing improvements as well as the provision of site plans.

The Construction and Project Management department deals with the preparation of design and working drawings, project budgeting and costing, building and mechanical services. We also undertake feasibility studies to ascertain the viability of projects, undertake claims for vetting, certificate and for insurance purposes, evaluation of tendering purposes and technical auditing for individuals and corporate institutions.
